Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, cross-functional stakeholder management, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and budget/scope control and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope while aligning outcomes to business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead medium-complexity projects from initiation through closeout.
• Define scope, schedule, budget, and success metrics.
• Facilitate planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage risks, issues, and change control with clear mitigation plans.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and vendor deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and governance.
• Track budgets and forecasts. Validate invoices and accruals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk management experience.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and meeting facilitation abilities.
• 5+ years in project management delivering business or technology projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud or enterprise platforms such as AWS, Azure, Salesforce, or SAP.
• Background in Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models. Scrum Master or PMP a plus.
